This project rethinks the entire layout to maximize light, storage, and comfort, turning a compact apartment into a warm and contemporary living space.
This 70 m² apartment renovation was an opportunity to completely rethink how small spaces can feel generous, fluid, and deeply harmonious.
The goal was not only to reorganize the layout, but to design a home where each function connects naturally to the next — without visual noise or unnecessary complexity.
FULL APARTMENT TRANSFORMATION
70 m² transformed into a fluid, functional home.
The challenge in this project was to maximize the space without compromising fluidity or comfort. To achieve this, we rethought the layout and introduced a multifunctional dividing element that organizes the entire apartment.
At the heart of the project is a custom-designed partition wall that acts simultaneously as a bookcase, spatial divider, and anchor for the living area. This element separates the night zone from the day zone, while still keeping the apartment visually open and connected.
Beneath the bookcase, a made-to-measure sofa is integrated and positioned to face the TV unit, optimizing circulation and making the living area feel both cozy and efficient. Above the shelving, a full-length glass panel allows natural light from the day area to pass through into the corridor of the night zone, softening transitions and expanding the perception of space.
On the opposite side of this same central volume, the kitchen is positioned, visually integrated yet subtly set apart. This layout allows the kitchen to belong to the shared space while still maintaining an organized, uncluttered atmosphere — ensuring harmony without interrupting the overall flow.
The material palette was kept warm and clear, favoring continuity and calm. Every gesture, every line, and every volume was designed to make this compact home feel more spacious, harmonious, and truly lived in.
Because architecture is not just construction — it’s choreography for the way you live.
Positioned opposite the central volume, the kitchen belongs to the shared space without overwhelming it — maintaining visual order and harmony.
