This 90m² apartment was redesigned to feel brighter, more open, and more efficient — with an open kitchen, improved bedroom proportions, reconfigured bathrooms, and a compact laundry box seamlessly integrated.
A clear example of how thoughtful design turns limits into possibilities.
FULL APARTMENT TRANSFORMATION
A New Layout for a New Way of Living
This 80m² apartment was an exercise in transforming constraints into clarity. The original layout was fragmented: a closed kitchen, narrow circulation, small bedrooms, and bathrooms arranged without rhythm. The challenge was to unlock space without increasing the footprint — to make the home feel larger through intention, not square meters.
The first move was to open the kitchen, allowing light and life to flow into the day area. This became the heart of the new layout.
Next, a compact laundry box was integrated beside the kitchen, concealed yet accessible, keeping the home functional and organized.
The bedrooms were reproportioned to create more balanced, comfortable spaces, while the bathrooms were redesigned from within, redistributing walls to allow for a larger, more generous shower and a clearer spatial sequence.
Every line and decision had one purpose:
to bring fluidity, calm, and coherence to a small apartment — proving that thoughtful design expands even the tightest spaces.
